• Eleven26 swimwear is designed with long lasting 4- way stretch material. It is very light weight and hugs the skin, gravitating to any body type. You will find that our swimwear is super stretchy and fits the body just as you desire. 
• Eleven26 clothing is designed with different fabrics selected specifically with the intention of adding to your beauty. Please click each interested product and view the product details next to the item as fabrics may differ. 

Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates are non-refundable.  
• Gift certificates do not have expiration dates.   
• Gift certificates are delivered and downloadable via email.   

Returns/Exchanges 

• All swimwear orders placed are final. Please be sure of the correct sizing, color and quantity before you place your order. Due to sanitary reasons, we are standing by this policy. Under absolutely any event do we accept returns and exchanges on swimwear. 
• All clothing orders placed are non-refundable. Within 30 days, if meet criteria, you are allowed to exchange same product another size.

  Order Processing
  We thoughtfully process all orders within 48 hours. During high-volume periods or promotional events, kindly allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing, as we take great care in preparing each order.

  Domestic Shipping – United States

  • USPS Priority Mail (2-Day Shipping | Insured)
    Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail takes approximately 2 business days, excluding processing time. This service includes insurance for added peace of mind.

  • USPS First Class Mail (3-Day Shipping | No Insurance)
    For a more economical option, USPS First Class Mail is available. Delivery takes approximately 3 business daysafter processing. Please note that this method does not include insurance.

  International Shipping

  • USPS International (Estimated 6–10 Business Days)
    For our global clientele, international orders ship via USPS and typically arrive within 6 to 10 business days from the date of shipment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  Please Note

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses at this time.

Lost & Stolen Packages

• If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping provider to file a Trace Claim for the missing shipment. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

Sale Periods

All sale period items are FINAL SALE. No refunds.

• Please allow between 5-10 business days for your order to be processed due to high order volumes.

• Once a sale order is placed, we can not add or remove items to or from the current placed order.

• Sale discounts can not be redeemed outside the advertised sale dates & times.
If orders are placed before or after the sale times, we can not reimburse you for the sale difference.

Swimwear Care Instructions

Due to the delicate nature of swimsuit fabric please take extra measures to ensure the longevity of your new suit. Please take time to read the care instructions below. 

• Rinse swimwear and cover-up products in cool, fresh water after each use.
  
• Lay flat in the shade to dry.
• Do not iron. 
• Do not leave in direct sunlight- this may cause color to fade and damage material.
• Do not wring, wrap in a towel or put in a plastic bag when wet.
• Never put swimwear or cover-ups in a washing machine or dryer.
• Never dry clean or spot clean with harsh chemicals.
